Jack Pavlekovich is a survivor of the 2012 Fungal Meningitis Outbreak diagnosed with spinal adhesive arachnoiditis in the cervical and lumbar spine.
His story will be included in the Art For Arachnoiditis book project Still Standing, Sometimes. His Conceptual Portrait is shown in progress on the Art For Arachnoiditis Project Facebook Page and will be displayed in the public Arachnoiditis Awareness Art Exhibit. Jack will receive a free copy of the portrait. An anonymous benefactor has generously contributed the funds necessary to expand Jack's conceptual portrait into the Family Portrait that he requested during our Arachnoiditis Survivor Interview.
