Mindful Makers Meetings ~ 2020
BEGINNING MARCH 2020
Join us for a creative approach to mindfulness.
Through hands-on activities in a non-toxic space we'll use a variety of artsy media to explore individual strengths and creative resources which support sustainable independent wellness and eco-friendly practices.
These mindfulness activities are intended for adults 18 and over.
No previous art experience required.
Location: Rise Above Holistic Wellness Center, 161 North Main Street Wellsville, NY
Schedule: March 2nd, 16th, 30th 4:30-6:30pm
