This work was part of "From the Wild to the Pantry", a photography series highlighting the intrinsic beauty of wild abundance and the practical application of Indigenous Knowledge for Modern Wellness and Sustainable Autonomy in Upstate New York.

Selections from the series have been printed on canvas and framed (by patron request) and were on display during the Spring 2016 Semester at Alfred State College Culinary Arts Department in Wellsville NY.

Every Body Eats. Nature Provides. Also, I am intrigued by the crab spider and her ability to change color and to hunt without a web. I watch for her when I am out. I was a timely witness to this evening meal. Butterflies have long symbolized grace for me. Arachnoiditis is a grace-sucking spinal cord injury...I couldn't help but document this surprisingly easy allegorical content.
