29th The Fountain Arts Center Presents Assistant Professor of Drawing and Painting at The Cuba Circulating Library ~Samila Sosic, Assistant Professor of Drawing and Painting at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, will be presenting a talk on her art work currently displayed at the Cuba Circulating Library Exhibition Room. Ms. Sosic, a graduate of the University of Sarajevo at Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a resident of Bradford, PA, will talk about her life in two continents, as an architectural engineer and a fine art painter. While Ms. Sosic enjoys painting and drawing all types of subject matter, she is drawn to portraiture, and landscapes done in the plein air manner. Inspired by the Pennsylvania landscape, she captures the diversity of farmlands and their structures, as they are impacted by weather, special lighting conditions, and seasonal change,
Ms. Sosic will present her talk in the Exhibition Room at the Cuba Circulating Library, Cuba, NY on Tuesday, March 29, at 6:30PM. All are welcome to hear the unique perspectives on the life of the artist at home and abroad.

7-10 pm “SWAN Together” Team Painting Party (BYOB) $30 Materials Fee. Patrons will collaborate on a group painting. Finished and dried 12''x12" Squares will be available for pick up the next day. A digital photo will be taken of the assembled collaboration. Digital Reprints will be available. LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE RSVP & Pay by Date Extended to Mar. 5th ADULTS ONLY (OVER 21- I.D. must be shown at the door.)
