CREATIVE WELLNESS PROGRAM WORKSHOP

1-1:30pm Check-In and Wellness Meditation
1:30-3:30pm Theme-based Creative Activity
Building on concepts introduced in the Creative Wellness Independent Study Program we will be working in assorted materials to complete a variety of visual arts projects.
Projects may include: Found natural objects, acrylic paint, water color, colored pencil, markers, graphite on paper, paper-making, fabric arts, jewelry making, up-cycle projects, glue, papier mache, clay, organic art supplies, wild craft resources and more. Suggestions Welcome.
3:30 -4pm Clean-Up and Close
